As the artist, I retain the right to upload/use my art as i see fit, this includes things such as uploading it to my social media and using it in my portfolio.

commissioning me means consenting to me posting the artwork in question on my social media, however you may request to stay anonymous prior to it being published.

I do not, under any circumstance, allow my work to be minted as an NFT, or to be used in any AI database for machine learning.

No one is allowed to alter my work in any fashion. This includes: removing my watermark, adding filters to my work, adding your own watermark, coloring over my work. This does not apply to bases.

You are allowed to post the work you've commissioned from me to your own socials.

I retain the right to refuse service to any potential customer.

Payment is done through PayPal ONLY. I will send you an invoice myself with the appropriate amount.

I do not issue refunds.

You will receive the finished uncensored work once you've paid in full.

Progress images will be heavily compressed until I've received the full payment amount. You will see the finished product before payment in a compressed, thumbnail format. I do this for my own protection.

In case of a chargeback/scam, or you stop responding to my communication efforts for more than a month, you will be blacklisted and blocked. I reserve the right to reuse/ repurpose whatever work done beforehand for whatever purpose I feel is applicable. In regards to adopts, the full rights to the design return to me.

I will not begin drawing before at leat half of the payment amount required is provided.

Upon commissioning, you will be placed in my Trello queue.

Completion time varies on complexity and workload. Lineless paintings take longer than other types of work, please be patient with me.

I will send you at minimum 1 progress image at the end of each step: sketch, lineart, shading, coloring, finishing touches in that order.

You may only request major changes during the sketch phase such as: pose changes, design changes, layout changes (in customs/refs), and only minor changes during other steps such as: color tweaks, corrections in regards to markings/other items...

Once you've bought an adoptable from me, you may make changes to the design as you see fit and use your character however you please. You may trade, resell or gift your character as you wish.

You cannot trade, sell or gift your character before you've paid me what you owe.

You must credit me for the original design (My username is Flophelia on ToyHouse.)

You may not redistribute paid bases/addons to anyone, you are however free to redistribute/share my free bases.

You may use my bases to create adoptables/character designs with.

You may make changes to the original base.

You must credit me as the original base creator under any circumstance.

You may not create paid addon packs for my bases.
